Shipping policy

At Alpha Care, we strive to provide convenient shipping options for our customers. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how shipping works when you place an order with us.

Standard Ground Shipping

Orders over $75 qualify for our FREE Economy Shipping option within most US states. Most items eligible for free shipping will be delivered via UPS or USPS within 3-5 business days.

Freight Delivery

For items requiring freight delivery, such as hospital beds, adjustable beds, lift chairs, pool lifts, vehicle lifts, stairlifts, larger power chairs, or any heavy-duty bulk item, additional charges may apply. These products typically arrive via freight within 5-7 business days from leaving the manufacturer. A freight representative will contact you to schedule delivery at your convenience. Please note that freight shipments are delivered curbside by a single driver and do not include setup or inside delivery. If you require assistance beyond curbside delivery, please consider our White Glove Premier In-Home Delivery and Setup service for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Upon order confirmation, you'll receive an anticipated delivery date. Tracking information will be provided 24 hours after placing your order, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time. Custom Orders

Custom orders may require extended delivery times, which will be communicated to you upon order confirmation. Some non-custom items, such as lift chairs, power wheelchairs, scooters, and hand cycles, may also have longer delivery times. Items marked as "in stock" will typically ship within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Upgrades

You have the option to upgrade your shipping method. However, please note that upgrading shipping standards does not expedite the production process for custom or non-"in stock" items. Expedited shipping will be applied once the product is ready for shipment.
